Objective : The aim of this study is to determine the efficacy of upper extremity robot training on subluxation after stroke.
Method : This study is performed by AB single subject design. The conventional occupational therapy was implemented at the baseline, and the upper extremity robot training (Neuro-X¢ç,Apsun,Korea) with conventional occupational therapy was implemented at the intervention periods. The amount of subluxation was measured in mm and shoulder strength was measured by measurement program of upper extremity robot in kg every periods.
Result : The amount of subluxation was decreased from 24mm to 20mm after robotic training, which is positive effects of subluxation. The strength of shoulder was increased from 1.1kg to 2.0kg.
Conclusion : This study show upper extremity robot training influences positively on subluxation after stroke, and it also show possibility of application of robotic training on subluxation.
